Where to Look First
Different records sit with different custodians. These routes keep a current-custody check separate from a later court result or an arresting agency’s report.
- Use the official St. Clair County Inmate Lookup for current county custody.
- Use the home page for the official search sequence, records-request details, and Michigan Department of Corrections path.
- For a court case or warrant procedure, contact the 72nd District Court clerk at 810-985-2072 or the County Clerk at 810-985-2200.
- For a state-prison or supervision record, start with MDOC OTIS. For a federal or immigration-detention question, use the official BOP locator or ICE locator.
- For a city incident report, use the Port Huron, Marysville, or St. Clair police-records route; the city page identifies each contact.
